Over one hundred farmers and those connected to the Ag community hit the links at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick Wednesday for the 6th annual Ag World Golf Classic.  As of Wednesday evening, the tournament was just $1,500 short of their goal of raising $100,000 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest.  Those that would like to help the Tournament get over the $100K mark can do so On-line.

Warren Henninger organizes the Golf Tournament and says it’s become so popular, they’ve had to turn away golfers and teams.  But he hopes to change that next year, for the 7th annual Ag World Golf Classic.

“We’re going to have a tournament here at Canyon Lakes on June 2nd[2020] we’re going to have a Tournament at Moses Pointe in Moses Lake, on June 4th. So, we’re taking the north Basin and the south Basin and getting more people involved.  It’s exciting”

The funds raised this year will help RMHC as the try to build a second House in Spokane to help families with children facing life threatening illnesses.
