McKinney: Were Still Looking At The MFP Formula

Producers nationwide continue to wait for details on the second round of the Market Facilitation Program, including payment rates.

So what’s the status of MFP at this point?

The USDA’s Ted McKinney went before lawmakers in the House this week to answer that question.  He said the formula is currently under review by OMB.  Rod Bain has details.
