Authorities say an Ontario man was killed in a farming equipment accident in eastern Oregon Tuesday.  Investigators said Theodore Frahm, 42, was killed when he was pulled into a piece of equipment used to harvest onions.  The Malheur County Sheriff’s Office says the death was accidental and no charges are pending.  The farm workers were reportedly trying to wrap up harvest before bad weather hit.

This is the second farming fatality in Malheur County within the past month.
