Interstate-90 was closed for several hours Thursday after a semi-truck hauling apples rolled onto it's side on the east end of the Vantage bridge.  Washington State Patrol said the driver, Vladimir Kholyusev, 73, was speeding down hill when he lost control of semi, colliding with the concrete barricade just after 3:30 p.m.  The impact broke the divider into several pieces and dumped apples on both lanes of travel.

WSP added while Kholyusev was trapped in the cab and needed to be extricated, his injuries are described as minor.  Kholyusev has been charged with speeding.
