Those in Central Washington that want to make their voice heard regarding a recent study on the potential removal of the Snake River dams will have an opportunity to do so come January.  It was announced Thursday that the third hearing of the study commissioned by Governor Jay Inslee will take place January 13th at the Pasco Red Lion.

The time of the hearing has not been announced.

Earlier this year, Governor Inslee allocated $750,000 to study the impact to the Central and Eastern Washington economies if those four lower Snake River dams are removed.  Last month, the consulting firm responsible for the study announced hearings would take place in Vancouver and Clarkston, angering many Central Washington law makers that a centralized location had not been selected.
