Family-owned forests are vital to the economy and quality of life in the Inland Northwest.  To help land owner protect their wildlife habitat, timber supply, water quality, as well as property rights, Washington State University and University of Idaho will hold their Family Foresters Workshop. The one day event will be Friday January 24th at the Best Western Plus on W. Appleway Ave in Coeur d’Alene.

 

The workshop looks to strengthens the skills of consulting foresters, state-employed service foresters, and other professionals serving forest owners.  In addition, the workshop provides updates on emerging technology.
