The Washington Blueberry Commission board will hold a long-range/strategic planning meeting January 27th and 28th in Bothell.  The WBC says this is one of the most important meetings in the Commission’s 50 year history.  In 2019, 155 million pounds of fruit was produced, an 8.6-fold increase since 2006.  The WBC says that’s why this month’s meeting is so important; to address the needs of a rapidly changing industry.

Space is limited, so those interested in attending are asked to RSVP.  If you cannot make it in person, comments will be accepted via e-mail to Alan Schreiber or phone, at (509) 226-4300.
