As oil prices hover around historic lows, now is the time for farmers to look at storing that fuel away, preparing for a day when prices move higher. Chuck Vannoy with Coleman Oil said if you’ve got the storage capabilities, now is the time to purchase fuels and lubricants.

“We’ve got a lot of inventory, we’re not going to run out.  We can supply just about any kind of demand that out there right now, and I know that farmers are going through a lot of fuel.  But we’re prepared and we’re in a good position to make sure they never run out.”

Vannoy noted they have locations in Montana, Idaho, Oregon and Washington, meaning they can help farmers across most of the Northwest.

“Throughout these four states, we have almost 70 card-lock facilities, and we have a lot of retail facilities too, but we’re mostly in the fuel distribution business.  For the last three generations, Coleman Oil has provided fuel delivery and fuel distribution from card-lock locations throughout these four states.”
