In a typical year, we’d be just a few weeks away from the Ag World Golf Classic taking place in Kennewick.

But, unfortunately, 2020 is not typical.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the golf tournament has been pushed back to August. While the date has changed, one thing that remains the same, the great beneficiary, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest. Ag World Golf Classic organizer Warren Henninger says RMHC benefits so many families across the region.

“This is a place where when the family is there, we want the parents and the family to be close to the little ones when they’re in the hospital.  And this is a beautiful place for them to spend the time.  Its like a home away from home.”

Henninger added that the Ag World Golf Classic is a great event that’s all about supporting the needs of children from across the Inland Northwest as well as their families.

In addition to the later dates this year, a second location has been added. For the 7th Annual Ag World Golf Classic, golfers can tee off August 11th at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick, or August 13th at Moses Pointe Golf Course in Moses Lake.
