On Tuesday, Governor Jay Inslee offered clarification on his farm worker protection requirements via Proclamation 20-57.

Those points including clarification on an isolation plan for farm worker housing, which the Governor said may refer in whole or in part to the regional isolation center nearest the housing site.

Tuesday's announcement added workers are free to wear homemade face coverings that meet the minimum requirements, but that does not relieve employer obligations to provide face coverings. In addition, employers are required to ensure employees have clean face coverings on a daily basis. Tuesday's announcement also addresses hand washing stations and transportation.
