The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife was called out to another wolf depredation on private pastureland in Stevens County last week. An 800-pound calf was found with bite wounds and lacerations on Wednesday June 17th.

Investigators say this was the 4th depredation since May 11th to occur in the Wedge pack territory. WDFW investigators added the victim of last week’s depredation was a different producer that during last month’s attacks.
