Hotline Established To Help Producers With CFAP Questions

The FSA has established a hotline for people with questions about their Coronavirus Food Assistance Program, CFAP, application.

"And it's manned by FSA field staff employees from across the country. And they are able to answer any questions, go over any forms, any data with producers as they call particularly meat producers," said the FSA's Latrice Hill. She added the first step is to check the new CFAP Website. Where producers can find a list of frequently asked questions.

"They may want to visit that page first to see if the question has been answered there," Hill continued. "And if not by all means reach out to the call center."
