In a year with so much uncertainty and so many cancelations, anything that looks like normal is celebrated. Frank Muir CEO and President of the Idaho Potato Commission said as of right now, the college football bowl season is still coming to the Gem State.

“We were pleased to hear that the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will be played on December 22nd in Albertsons Stadium.  The kick off will be at 1:30 p.m.  That is a great way for folks to celebrate college football coming to Boise, and attend the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, IF fans are allowed.  That’s still to be determined.  If not, you can watch it on ESPN.”

The Famous Potatoes Bowl Game has a team from the Mountain West Conference play a team from the Mid-American Conference, or the MAC.
