Producers and other connected to the Ag industry interested in learning more about cover crops, both what works and what does not in the Northwest, are invited to an on-line workshop series that starts Thursday. The Western Cover Crops Council, in partnership with the University of Idaho and Oregon State University will host regional workshops to discuss cover crop research and outreach efforts across the west. The December 10th workshop, covers the Intermountain West and Northern Rockies region. Researchers say this is a good fit for producers in Eastern Oregon, Idaho, as well as northern Utah, northern Nevada, Wyoming and Montana.

The four-part virtual workshop series will not only discusses surveys and current research but future projects. Each workshop Zoom runs from noon to 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time. To learn more, or to register for the workshop, Click Here.
