Washington State University is asking growers, packers, buyers and other connected to the produce industry to participate in a Food Safety Risk Survey. According to WSU, participants will be asked to rank the top five food safety risk management areas that need improvement.

The anonymous survey will provide research data that will be used to guide future resource development specific to food safety.

This survey should take about ten minutes to complete. To participate you must be over 18. WSU noted the first survey question, the informed consent, must be answered yes in order to proceed through the survey. The informed consent will give you more details about the nature of the survey, the handling of any information collected, and contact information should you have questions about this survey.

WSU is part of a national team of food safety researchers working on this USDA funded project.
