Outlook Forum Will Have Many Firsts

The upcoming 2021 USDA Ag Outlook Forum features many firsts.
Such as the first virtual edition of this annual event. Yet World Agricultural Outlook Board Chair, Mark Jekanowski, said there are other inaugural aspects to this year's forum.

"[Thursday morning] the '21 agricultural outlook, it's gonna be given by our brand new Chief Economist, Dr. Seth Meyer."

Also, due to the virtual presentation of the 2021 forum,  the Thursday night dinner speaker will instead give the presentation during the lunch hour following the Thursday plenary session.

"We are excited to have David Beasley," Jekanowski said. "He's gonna speak to us during the session. Former Governor of South Carolina now currently the executive Director of World Food Program."
