The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife says a four month old calf was killed by wolves in Baker County over the weekend. A rider came across the carcass just outside of a 400-acre private rangeland pasture Monday. ODFW investigators say the calf carcass was intact and had not been scavenged, but did have tooth scrapes on both back legs. The depredation has been attributed to the Keating Pack.

This is the 4th confirmed depredation of the year in Oregon, with the Keating Pack responsible for three depredations.
