Edwall Grain Elevator Collapses

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was called to Edwall Wednesday morning, where a large grain elevator had collapsed.  The 170,000 bushel elevator, owned and managed by Ritzville Warehouse, experienced what investigators described as a catastrophic failure.  No injuries were reported in Wednesday collapse.  It's not know why the elevator failed.

The public is asked to avoid the area as the Sheriff's Office and other investigate.
