The USDA released their August crop production forecast this past Friday and the Northwest is looking like it will see mostly larger yields in 2016 than 2015.   Some of the highlights include dry beans increasing by 20,000 acres in both Washington and Idaho, barley production in Washington up 63 percent from 2015 though Idaho will see a slight decline, corn production up 12 percent in Washington a
