Loan Deficiency Payment Available In Whitman County
The FSA announced Monday, the price of Hard Red Winter in Whitman County has fallen below the loan rate, meaning growers can now receive a Loan Deficiency Payment on bushels of HRW.  As of Monday, the rate is 8 cents a bushel.  To be eligible for this program, growers must have filled out a one page paper before you lose beneficial interest in the crop.   From ...
