For roughly a week, the Inland Northwest has enjoyed temperatures well above normal with sunny skies.  While the sunshine has allows many of our crops to grow at a brisk clip.  It has also dropped the local soil moisture content  Dennis Hull, National Weather Service meteorologist told the Washington Ag Network,  over the past 30 days the Columbia Basin has received below average precipitation.
