The USDA has wrapped up their trade mission to China and Hong Kong that included extensive dialogue on women in agriculture.   USDA Under Secretary Alexis Taylor said both the U.S. and China have similar issues and goals.   “One big part of it is who are our next generation of leaders and how are we mentoring them to ensure that we have women making decisions and really being those policy makers.”
